Work culture in Honeywell India is very good, because there is hardly any work. For me, it was like a paid vacation. My colleagues were nice people, but managers were really bad. In the sense, they were so high-headed and never mingled with team members. They had that air and stuff like that. I was in Avionics domain, so Honeywell could get only a few people who had good domain knowledge in India...
